Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By installing or using Auto Theme Sync (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. The App is provided by Bobacu (“we”, “us”). If you do not agree, uninstall the App.

2. Account and access

You must have an active Shopify store and the right to install apps on that store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) reverse engineer the App, (b) use it to violate Shopify's terms or applicable law, or (c) attempt to disrupt the service for other merchants.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid features are billed through the Shopify Billing API on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from inside the App or by uninstalling it. See the refund policy for details.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but the App is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for indirect damages including lost profits or theme rollbacks performed outside the App.

6. Data

Data handling is described in our Privacy Policyand Data Processing Addendum.

7. Termination

You may terminate by uninstalling the App. We may terminate access if you violate these Terms or if Shopify removes the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via the App or by email to the merchant contact.
