Our promise
If Auto Theme Sync isn't a fit, email us within 14 days of your first paid charge and we'll refund that charge in full — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email support@bobacu.io from the address tied to your Shopify store.
- Include your shop's myshopify.com domain and the date of the charge.
- We'll process the refund through the Shopify Billing API. Funds are returned to your original payment method by Shopify.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime from the Plans page inside the app or by uninstalling the app. Cancellation stops future charges; refunds for past charges follow the policy above.
Edge cases
- Charges older than 14 days are reviewed case-by-case. Reach out and we'll do what's reasonable.
- Refunds are issued through Shopify; we cannot refund outside the Shopify Billing API.
