Will syncing break my live theme?
No file is overwritten until you confirm the diff preview. Pro plans also create automatic backups so any sync can be rolled back from the History page.
What about config/settings_data.json?
Theme configuration files are excluded by default to protect the merchant's customizer settings. You can adjust the exclude list in Settings.
How fast is the sync?
The app paces itself against the Shopify Admin API rate limit so a theme with hundreds of files completes in a couple of minutes.
